Cash for crash insurance claims in UK cost the insurance industry upwards of £400 million a year. It can be a car in front deliberately ramming backwards in to the following car. It wont necessarily work in NZ because insurance is not compulsory. Imagine deliberately doing that to an uninsured driver! No hope of payout of any kind.
