Announce New Zealand start up - Head-up display

Breaking news - It is now official !!! REYEDR is one of the 10 digital start-ups selected to embark on the 2016 accelerator programme of Lightning Lab Auckland; New Zealand’s premier digital accelerator.

As some of you already know, we are building a HUD (head-up display) www.reyedr.com. The Reyedr HUD will provide a safer and smarter ride experience for motorcyclists by providing useful information at eye level. When riding, the Reyedr App will run on the user’s smartphone to process data; and when you are off your bike, the App will provide additional social and performance features.

We are really excited about what we are creating but we do need your help so that we can build a solution that meets your needs - the needs of our customers. When you have a few minutes please take this short survey to help us understand what features are important to you. To thank you for your time, every entry will go into the draw to win a RevZilla $25 gift certificate and a Reyedr T-shirt! We are also looking for Beta testers and Focus group volunteers - Sign up at the end of the survey

Poorly designed survey there mate. Several questions have a textbox for other, but will not accept just a text answer.
Many questions are also missing the option *not relevant/don't care*

I *was* interested in the product, because I'd really like to see the information on the dash in a HUD, much more useful that way than having to glance down.
But I sure as fuck don't want a connected anything, or social anything. I don't need that crap when I'm riding.
To be free is to accept the consequences of your acttions
None so blind as will not see.

thats the reason most start-ups fail -- need to have someone on the core design and strategy to be a devils advocate -- still it's a nice way to piss away someone elses funds for a while before nothing eventuates

good luck with the HUD could be a winner, hope it's convincing enough to get to production

Anyone who is not interested, is clearly not the target market.

Done. Good luck with the venture hope something comes out of it.

And ignore the debbie downers. They would have whined about the internet saying we already have telephones.

Half of the people on here can't even check the time or listen to music and ride without having a mental breakdown.
Let Darwinism take out those who can't handle the jandal the rest of those who are capable enjoy being able to find a park easier.

Riding some piece of shit raked out to fuck chopper is worse for your riding than a HUD anyway. Lets see everyone pony up to people riding those and say what they're saying here
Hell riding every other weekend on your bike just for a joy ride is too compared to something like this in the hands of a rider on a bike everyday or someone who actually ticks up a decent amount of K's.

Can't say I'd be gunning to get something like this myself, but if it's handy to others and there is a trickle down of some other product I am interested in, sweet!
