Silhouette of "one tree hill" on my side of my torso
Set of flames on my forearms
Bite the bullet and go to Auckland and get my back done
Japanese dragon on left thigh
michelangelo's "david" on my right thigh
Scarab beetle and ancient hieroglyphs on sternum
Aztec branding on left arm over tattoos

I would go with get ya own art work done that way it's unique to you, no one else has that design. I only have 1 tat, its of a witch on her broomstick flying up to the full moon. The moon is yet to be done it's going to be a pentacle with celtic knotwork around the edge. I might have a picture of these. I dont have a good picture of my tat but I do have a picture that my tat is based upon. (Without the moon.)
Cat's could say... Psychokiller
Some people can live with regrets . . . I have three tats and do regret 2 of them, but at the time that I had them done I knew they were "forever". At the end of the day I dont really care what others think and I know that I can live with my mistake. After all its only cosmetic, doesn't change who I am or what I believe in.Originally Posted by Zed

I'm with Zed on this one (for myself). This was an instruction to the Israelites who were under the law. What others do is their own lookout.

Ever notice that anyone slower than you is an idiot, but anyone going faster is a maniac?
do what steve-o did:
You gotta like it to live with it - at tat's for life after all. I know things change but if you've had 23 done so far then you're not likely gonna change your mind. I went to Roger's Tattoo Art, Cuba St in town and I've had nothing but positive responses. Um Question; Why go to Auckland (to get your back done)?
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
we will remember them
Yeah, I have designed all the work that I want to get done, or have got doneOriginally Posted by strayjuliet

Well - seeing as I STILL haven't got mine done (though I am a lot closer to what I want)...
I say do the Aztec thing - if you need some designs, I've been doing aztec totems this year ... something different than the sun calendar or Quetzlcoatl...

Always have my own work done, cant imagine why anyone would just slap something on that doesnt have significance to them and their lives. Looking forward to designing another, enjoy whatever you get done mate.
hmm, for me a tattoo has to mean something to you, and you cant even has a hint of regret,
the best thing is to get something of life importance ie. family or other really important aspect.
if its a design get it drawen exactly how it will look on you, and put it somewhere where you can see it all the time, ie next to your bed, or on a mirror you always use..
after 6 months / 1 year you still like it, get it.
my only tattoo i have (as of yet) i wouldnt trade for anything, due to its significance.
