Perceived. Leave him alone. The evidence states that despite various "dangerous" nations having nuclear weapons and an axe to grind with the west, that we haven't had nuclear war. I don't see it as likely that Kim would suddenly want to start one. It's the same excuse as the clusterfuck know as Iraq. I'll agree with you that America's Foreign policy has a doctorate's worth of case studies, blunders and liberal interpretations of law - but you need to convince me that if the roles were reversed: the US had the armed capability (but retaining it's Freedom) that NK does and NK had the armed Capability that the US has (and retaining it's brutal civilian oppression) - that things would be all sunshine and roses.

Believe me, I ain't no trump fan, the man is a dangerous fuckwit (he doesn't need to ask), I just think that sorting nk militarily before the shit really hits the fan may just have a better endgame.
