    Where can I get tool tubes?

    After a tool tube, maybe 2. Anywhere I can get them in NZ?

    Lucky you posted a picture...the one I was forming in my head looked a little different

    The alternative to the tool tube pictured is made up using drain pipe PVC, with a screw on top. Bit of faffing around though, we used to use 4" version of such on trucks as glove holder.

    I was kinda not wanting to have to make one. Lazy and all.

    I had a similar thing on my trail bike when I lived in Scotland for my fly rods. Bit longer than a tool tube but a great accessory. 5ft of pipe held onto the frame with jubilee clips. Worked a treat.

    Much to my amazement it could carry quite a few cans of beer if I wasn't fishing.
    Manopausal.

    Seen on a beemer f 650 1 of the 2 exhausts converted into a toolbox....very neat and easy.

    I've made heaps of them from 90mm stormwater pipe. Cheap enough and you'll fit more in them than those ebay knockoffs. could post a pic of them but can't be bovared getting told off by the mods again 4 bustin the rulezzz
