    Post Suzuki GR650 Frame Wanted

Does any one have a good frame for a Suzuki GR650 the one i have has been butchered by a previous owner trying to turn it in to a cafe racer.
In the pictures the back looks straight but it has been welded crooked I would have to cut and re weld it to make it straight. Plus im not a fan of
cafe racers and would rather take it back to the original look.

What it use to look like. _________________What it looks like now.

They were super uncommon. I've read about them but never seen one in the flesh. Getting parts will be hellish. And you won't recover anything you put into it.

Trade me it up again. Some beardy will buy it trying to turn it into the same sort of abomination the last chap quit trying.
Don't you look at my accountant.

Cafe-racer? Nah looks like they were going more bobber. And F-me that bike needs a change of image as it is severely drop-pie.

True that when i was looking on ebay for a frame there was a dude trying to sell a gas tank for one for all most 2k and if i wanted to import a frame the only ones i could find are from america and will cost about $700 to do so. These bikes in seriously good condition would most likely go for around 3k max so if i cant find a relatively cheap frame to put all the old parts on im gonna have to style up my beard focus some hipster chi on it create some kind of cafe bobber tracker scrambler thing that will give them a hard on then Profit.

If you see it from the side the back is angled up a bit so i don't really know what they were trying to make

Check out the optimistic seller thread. TM is full of these projects with crazy prices on them. The one thing in common is that they are on TM for ever not selling but they join this circle jerk club thinking they are going to get 6k for a rolling abomination.

Cut your losses and find a decent base.
