    This is a forum....
So I chose to read some posts
Doesn't matter if it's a reply " to me" or not.
Your verbal diarrhea however seems to soil almost any post on any topic......
You must either suffer badly from dementia or somehow never managed to develop a second braincell.

Now be a darling and leave the adults alone , there surely must be at least one dog left in your neighborhood you can pester....

or did you run them all over?
Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....

+1. Any motorbike rider who complains about cars travelling too slowly or speeding up on corners should have their bike licence taken off them and be forced to drive a shitty sub 1litre car. Oh hang on.......

I rarely use all the power available on any of my bikes, and I do like their images. I trust this makes you feel better

Doesn't everyone slow down for the corners and speed up for he straights? If we didn't speed up for the straights we'd just go at cornering speed all day long. Or am I missing the point?

OP. What sort of car is your 660cc one? I have a disturbing attraction to the 660cc Daihatsu Copen. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daihatsu_Copen Mrs Oakie thinks it's ugly but for some reason I quite like the look.

    Dis.

I've ended up with another glacial car designed by an Arab. It's reason for being is to waste petrol and brake pads by implying it actually has a modicum of performance. I think this is caused by a special valve in the exhaust which opens when you plant your boot and produces a revvy noise.

About 5 minutes later it seems to change down gears and the red needle on the rev counter whizzes around the dial into the red boxes at the end.

The strange thing is, despite all these hints, their are no physical changes to what is happening outside. The scenery stays perfectly in focus, my distance to the vehicles around me changes very little and I have no physical sensation of forward momentum.

The fuel gauge needle moves faster than the speedo needle.

Consequently, I only consider overtaking if a vehicle in front appears to be reversing. The rest of the time I watch the world go by and think about how pissed off the Arab designer would be knowing that I achieve better fuel economy than he states on Google and have yet to fully scrub in the brake pads after 5000km.

The shenanigans of other road users are just entertainment on my gentle cruise to work. I'm considering getting a crocheted toilet roll cover for the rear luggage rack but it's hard to find one that matches the tartan travel rug with my fedora on it which already lives there.

Where was this advice when Hitcher was a young lad?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I overtook a 1400 Concurs today on a 650 with knobbies. He couldnt keep up on corners.

Cornering on the black stuff on knobblies is so much fun. We should all be dead.
At least you weren't under pressure to keep up, you would've crashed for sure. Being in front is safer, I'm certain.

Well I did blast up what i thought was a road today, turns out it was a farmer's driveway. The look he gave me from his deck said he wanted to kill me. Think that was the fastest U turn ive ever done.
