Get a bicycle wheel (have a hand pivot or axle) sit in a chair that can rotate through 360 degrees, hold the wheel out in front, in the vertical plan and axle in the horizontal plan (left to right) lift it to shoulder height, arms out in front, get someone to spin the wheel, (faster the better) then try turning & twisting the axle, and see what happens? if you are in a pivot and swivel chair it is even more amazing.(same principle as a gyroscope),

As long as it has rotational mass, (no power) it shall exhibit "Precession".
