    Kaikora digs

Wee tour in prospect, and I've been given the vital task of organising accommodation for half a dozen in Kaikora for a night.

Trying to avoid having to carry a sleeping bag. I've used the Panorama motel but I'm not overly impressed. And apparently the whole place is a slightly different shape nowadays.

    Any recommendations?

You can google backpackers or motels and it should come up with a rating too.

half a dozen what? there's a place there that's really up to date for siamese twins in terms of sleeping digs, but they haven't learned how to set the table properly for them yet.

Probably still will be in April, but hopefully all the inns won't be full...

Well it depends on the quality of the establishment, doesn't it? I mean do they water their Pimms? Is the cucumber in the simiches crisp, with a hint of malt vinegar? Are the linen sheets pressed to perfection? Do the maids tarry after turning said sheets down?
