    Several times or just continually?

While proceding down a urban st at 50 kph today I reflected on him doing 150 on a similar st. Staggered.

    not likely to 're-offend? Yet he'd already got a ticket/been done/camera'ed for 150kph a few days before?

this is one of those cases, where a ban probably would not stop him, but certainly a ban for 2yrs+ would be in order.

Wonder if he is related to Drew?

re-offending would require him to stop offending at some point. Doubt he is ever below the limit except when stopping for a pie.

It was a group ride, it was safe with hi vis vests, flashing lights, sirens, cool colour scheme.

everyone got to the end and had a really good group hug.

trouble is it was the wrong group for him.
