    About the same up here really, now I'll need a bit of therapy to go back Sunday night shift...a 1000 km ride on Saturday should do

    The Coro Loop on a Wednesday is just dreadful, only a handful of trucks to scoot around

    Me too ,had a nice ride Tuesday. Missed Sunday cos it was dampish in the morn.

    Yeah, only time to do it, otherwise you're crowded out by numpties on their way to Matarangi for a break
    There are two songs, "Stairway to Heaven" and "Highway to Hell" which I think give an indication of expected traffic flow

    Tis indeed and I hope that you are now dialled in for the 1000k pootle tomorrow. Weather has been pretty good today despite earlier predictions so it will probably be reasonably good tomorrow. Have fun
