    Thought so.

I have but not for ages, since before the quakes.

I remember the French people there. They seemed quite pleasant, not moody at all. Well, let's say I've known many moodier Frenchies, Parisians in particular.

Perhaps it was the quakes that turned 'em, as well as the fireworks at 4:30am.

...I beg to differ...I bred some whistlers last year in our new pond and they are back for their second season...they are quite sweet little things...the tadpoles came from a pond just past Akaroa too...

Just remember we never had this before Clarkinist Regime panicked people into hoarding fireworks with threats of bans. Also coinciding with the lowering of drinking age and anti smacking its a perfect firestorm of nuisance created be the neo liberal left PC do gooders.
And stop with throwing fuel on the anti gun bonfire (sic).... Cops down here awhile ago dealt to a tosser who was the only person in crowded neighbour hood to call in a starters pistol at school athletics comp as a gunshot....
Yeah we have odd idiots here too, but loud parties and loitering teen hoodies are worse issue all year round in suburbia

Gotta wonder about that muslim knob-jockey in Murica recently, running over cyclists.
Should he be punished or given an award for flattening the lycra-clad tosspot brigade?
