I have but not for ages, since before the quakes.
I remember the French people there. They seemed quite pleasant, not moody at all. Well, let's say I've known many moodier Frenchies, Parisians in particular.
Perhaps it was the quakes that turned 'em, as well as the fireworks at 4:30am.
