They dont stay put at all, dont buy them unless your suit has pockets for them. Also dont forget to buy a suit that you'll likely enjoy using until its written off. Try them on and sit on a bike, make sure theres enough room for your dick, because youre going to be pulling your knee way out of the bike, especially with the racing youre talking about

I'll get the fixed one then.

Yep am getting them mail-order and can swap sizes if necessary so can go for a short spin to make sure it fits. Would be a lot easier if they included dick measurements on the sizing charts.

Its a proportional scale measure by what bike you ride.

I think the only thing riding a Katana suggests is maybe needing viagra

Talk to Motomail - I tried to get one of those chest protectors recently and none in NZ. I've been wearing a A stars chest protector for the last 2-3 years without straps and they don't move. If they do move your leathers are probably too loose. Too loose also means that any in built armour (ie in legs arms, shoulders etc) will twist when you crash and be essentially useless and exposing less reinforced areas to higher wear or impact.

When buying things like leathers, regularly you are better actually seeing what you are buying. I've had many sets over the years and you very much get what you pay for - BUT you cannot also buy on line and assess fit and function, nor can you see things like construction. I had one set of leathers that were crap, the fit and ability to move on the bike was pretty bad. Sold them after a year or so. Bought a better set, but it wasn;t until I actually had a good set that I realised how bad the others were. Little things - like far greater / easier range of movement. The other thing to look at is the stitching of the leather and how protected the stitching is from wear.

    Try also this. https://www.torpedo7.co.nz/products/...n-leather-suit

In the end I went over to see Steve at Qmoto and got some Knox chest and back armour off him and am waiting on a full suit.

I agree it's good to see what you're buying. I have a 1tonne 2 piece that I'm really disappointed with. The Qmoto gear looks like much better quality.
