This is FP2 and some have slightly better positions on combined times but Dovi is way down whatever. If the forecast rain arrives he and Lorenzo will be in trouble. JL is behind Syahrin again, I feel a Dear George coming on.

Hahahaha. Nah. Not wanting to part with any of the family just yet mate. Need to finish the build on a few of them, then just enjoy them for a bit. Shoulder is coming along great thanks mate. Will be back on a bike the coming summer all going well. Hope you enjoy the season!!! MM nearly binning it leaving his pit...

Crashalot made a big ERROR following his best friend in for slicks in Qual 1 .
One lap and MM was in again to change back?
#35 probably would've had a better result staying out there and not blindly following the Joker/Gambler ?
You'd be crazy to bet against #93 blowing thru the grid.He has that ability.
The Kiwi/Aussie cross breed did bloody well for pole. Race however is another thing altogether.
You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.

Millers pole lap was entertaining as was his previous

True pritch he did. Can only guess it was drying fast cos MM only did one lap. Time was almost up too but Miller gambled and it worked.
Are we still claiming he's a kiwi or has that died out ?
Do you think Crafar has improved on the mic. His speech is quite slow but I think needs more grunt?

The bits I saw of Millers lap were white-knuckle stuff. I was sure he was going to bin it but the freak held it together in a way that Marquez would applaud. I won't pick him for a podium though...
My pick (more guesswork than science) is:
MM
VR
DP
The best way to forget all your troubles is to wear tight underpants.
I don't know that it was drying, I suspect turns 7 & 8, or whichever ones were wet, put MM and CC off. The clips that showed Miller there showed that he should have been put off too but wasn't. He eventually realised he couldn't feed it any gas at all there and he just had to coast through that section on his last lap.
Not sure if anybody here is claiming Miller, but that might be not unreasonable considering Pavlova, Phar Lap and Lorde. Etc etc.
Crafar still sounds muddy. I thought it was his mike but when he holds it out to Pedrosa, Miller et al, they sound fine. It might be his technique. Only his second attempt though, here's hoping he improves.
There was some whinging about Race Direction's decision re the Canet incident, which alas I haven't seen. Mike Webb announced that it was a racing incident, Jeremy McWilliams apparently disagreed and said that there should be a rider in Race Direction. It was pointed out that Capirossi was on the panel now, but so is Uncini who won a 500cc title. I can't remember which year McWiiliams won a world title?

My 2 fav riders in spots 1 and 2.
Fuck yeah.
Awesome ride by Jack and showed some maturity despite the madness, he basically knew that he could make up enough time in the dry sections to allow for massive scary moments in the 2 wet corners. That and to go all in is the only way on slicks or they don't work.
All the pundits are calling for a dry race but who knows, so I will give my wet vs dry pics
Wet:
DP (looks like he may have sussed his wet dramas)
MM
JM
Dry:
MM
CC
DP
Mixed:
MM

Fuck Cunting Crutchlow! I had good money on Zarco and thought I was in the money! MM was doing well until he did the silly move on Rossi. Should be disqualified for that. LOl. JUst saw MM go to apologise to Rossi, and Rossi's BF waved him off! Great to have your partner stick up for you eh! When Rossi made the noddy move on Stoner and took him out, he was allowed to apologise and seem like the good guy. Pity his team isn't so sporting.
