Classic!..Good to see you enjoy them Blackbird (good price too). If only we all had "one size fits all" hands

Some may scoff about gloves for summer but Deep South we only get summer on the one day (looks outside), um it's here, so I'm off for a ride into the sunshine on the GCTB "Toy Run" wearing just my winter gloves. If I get too hot plan B is to stop at a pub to let my mitts cool down, can't think of any other reason

Oh, i'm not scoffing..... i wear my summer gloves 90% of the year (heated grips)

+ i have 2 pairs of Winter gloves. When one pair of gloves gets wet i just swap em around...

the joys of commuting over the years.... rain-off overgloves, one piece + 2 piece rain suits, 2 pairs of boots + skellerup steel cap lace-up gumboots for the cyclones....

i'm good to go in any shit storm !

A bit of background, the problem is the way I ride. Once I start riding and in the groove I really really hate stopping. The times I have to stop for petrol (or checkpoints when doing distance events) are done almost like F1 pit stops so I can get riding again as soon as possible. So what happens when it starts raining is that I don't want to stop to put on a different pair of waterproof gloves or my rain-offs. By the time I get to the next petrol stop and have to stop the gloves are already soaked.

So I carry 2 (sometimes 3) pairs of gloves and my rain-offs but it's never enough, particularly when I'm riding for several days running.

I know its a tough set of requirements which is why I'd struggled to find something myself - but then it's taken me 25 years to find a replacement jacket that ticked all the boxes :-).

Fortunately KB'ers have managed to come up with four options, all of which seem to fit the bill, so looks like I should be able to find one that's perfect from that.
