FXR 150 forks - how much oil??

Have dissasembled my leaking forks and am about to reassemble with new seals, but how much oil and what viscosity do I use ??? And what a mission to get them apart ( doesnt help I had no idea what was inside them ).
If anyone wants to know for future reference, A length of 3/4 inch across flats hex bar is what you need to get the bastard nut undone down inside the chrome. Thanks in advance, any other help appreciated - I know very little about bikes only having owned it a week.

Guess you will have worked something out by now, if all else fails try 6” from the top compressed with no springs & that should get you in the ballpark.

The other way to get the hex bolts out if you don’t have a damper holder is to compress the forks with the springs in them, this often works. Else if you know someone with a rattle gun (compressor impact tool) this will shock them loose.
Don't you look at my accountant.
