Ill see if I can come up with some reasons why it has to be fake.
1. no cop in his right mind would run in alone with gun drawn yelling into the dark
2. neither would he have his finger on the trigger with no threat identified
3. nobody shot by a pistol like that would go flying backwards, that guy took an intentional theatrical leap. were he shot hed just gag and sag.
4. response of onlookers obviously scripted... the fading 'surpriiiisssee...' at the end.

wasnt a professional production so was presumably showed on some funny-videos programme.
and one would imagine that comedy central would investigate to make sure they werent showing someones hilarious yet tragic real-life demise.
on another note, anyone see the video of the guy topping himself in police custody? apparently they didnt frisk him properly... a real hoot that one. Ill attach it for the general amusement.
warning, its quite real and disturbing if you dont like that sort of thing.
