Ditch the helmets of uncertain vintage, no matter how good they look. Not worth the grief if they prove faulty.
The rest will reach a fair price on Trademe, if you take the trouble to clean, photograph and describe it individually (not as a mixed lot: chances of anyone wanting it all are low). Start it at a dollar with no reserve, for authenticated users only, and quote a sensible charge for postage so as not to exclude buyers from the rest of the country (a much bigger market than just the locals with time to collect and transport).
It's not hard. Start with one or two items and you'll soon get the hang of it.
