But as mentioned at the end of that article they are to start production of an electric bike.

They must have built-in speakers to make potato sounds.

They certainly don't seem to go out of their way to encourage new bike owners judging by the loss of some high profile dealerships in NZ

That probably matters very little to the 800 or so workers losing their job.

and when times were good and bike sales increasing they gained jobs from it. not all businesses are they same as they were in 1903, and not all jobs are for life.

    What model?

    Don't need the FUXKZB7CCH bit.

I'd be inclined to seriously look at a Indian scout over a HD.

They're apparently closing the aluminium foundry division in Adelaide too. About 200 jobs to go.
But that one may be as a result of Trumps tax credits for returning jobs to the US.
I will no longer see PM's on this a/c. If you wish to PM me, use grumphv2 a/c please - and include an email address if you require a reply.
    Thanks

    True.

I still don't understand the angst often aimed towards HD owners who wear HD branded clothing etc.

There will be not too many vehicle brands that don't have their logo or name etc printed onto something for their supporters to wear.
