Personally, I'd steer clear as a lot/all of that AliExpress stuff is crafted from the finest Chinesium, performs poorly, and runs out of 'meat' quickly. I've had mates buy cheap parts from there and eBay instead of paying a little extra for some proper 'brand name' stuff and found that they were a poor fit/finish for cosmetic parts, or that they hindered performance when it came to trying to accelerate, turn, or stop.
One built pretty much his entire track bike with Chinese fairings, levers, rearsets, brakes, steering dampner, etc etc etc. It's all fallen apart haha!
Personally, I'd save a little longer and get some Brembo/Nissin gear or something?
Alternatively, have a look on https://japan.webike.net/ as that's where I often look for parts for my Japanese bikes. usually pretty well priced, fast shipping, and good quality gear sent from Japan

The question was has anyone used them.

can't answer when they are dead, from, using cheap shitty brakes.
there was a crowd here making brakes a few years ago from, they warped as they had used rolled stainless that had a memory, and wanted to roll itself back up over time and heat.
what gets me is you can't run a country the size of china on shit, whya do we have to end up with the cheap shitty stuff here instead of a better quality?
I put one on the rear in 2014. It's still there. I never use the rear brake though so.....it hasn't run away and is still metal looking? still seems to stay put when I occasionally press the foot pedal thing. nc30 is not known for it's rear braking however.
Because importers want cheap that they can then sell a bit below OEM price - more profit for them
I think Chinese manufacturers can and will make to what ever price point is specified. Whatever you think of the product, iPhones and other Macs are made in China* and made pretty nicely
* by slave labour in all but name but thats another argument
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.

Just my 2 cents worth. I have used these rotors on my track bike for the last 3 years. No problems. https://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/mot...8457665c5c322b
What is your track bike, and what are the rivets made from.
I'm curious why you asked about the rivets. A few years ago, I fitted a set that looked just like the ones in the Trademe link, and the rivets wore out in about 6 months.
I expect they use something better now.
