    Hi team

I'm in desperate need for a front master cylinder for my nc23 as the previous one has snapped
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the old days you'd ring a wrecker and they would know what fitted. 1/2" would indicate it's a single disc model as twin disc are 5/8 or 14mm. Guess you'd be shopping from similar small Honda stuff.

Hmm. CBR400. Surely twin disc. But I'm no expert of that genre.

I'd expect it to be 12mm rather than 1/2 in.

12 is actually quite common for twin small 4 pots. Impulse for example, uses 12.

You can get 1/2, the one I ran on the bucket was marked as such and off a Honda of some kind

Nah, Honda stuff of that era is imperial for some reason.

VTR 250 is also 1/2 inch. Have used a few of those.

These days I buy new and have mostly used this sort of thing. https://store.bevelheaven.com/Brake-...r-Front-Brake/

13 vs 1/2 inch is so close it won't matter.

To be strictly legal you can't change any part of brake without a lvv cert, bar certified brake hose.

I can tell the difference, 13mm is firmer on the single 4 pot I run on the Bucket
