Start a mini dirt bike with no pull start?

So I picked up a cheap little dirt bike bike for my son as his first bike. Was told just needed a pull start. So I ordered an alloy one and anew flywheel. Once I got the cover off I realised the last owner has stripped the flywheel bolt so I can't get that off. So I'm pretty stuck

Is there anyway to start these little things? The bolts only a 10mm too.

Post a photo of the damaged nut. It will come off with the correct application.

    Lots of options,

Vice grips (wait for bleeding knuckles)

Those special wrenches for fucked up nuts

Weld a bar of steel to the fucked nut

Nut breaker (it splits the damaged nut, not yours...)

    That type of shit.

Check it's not a left hand thread too - just in case everyone has been swinging on it the wrong way.

Thanks for the reply mate, I don't have a welder so that ones out. Here's a picture of what I'm working with.

Is there anyway to start it as it is?

Jesus wept, that's had a hard life...

If you can turn the motor over using a six point socket on that hex head, you might start it using an electric drill with the socket held in it via a cut off extension...

The RS125 racebikes are now started in the pits with a special one way drive socket on the end of the crank - and a big battery drill.

OK got flywheel bolt off. Haven't got the pull starter yet, but have the alloy flywheel here. I'll put that on.

Can I start it without the pull Start? I think I read somewhere to stuff a rag in the clutch and push start it?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...b9ab5c4fdb.jpg
