Good to hear someone getting off thier butt and doing something about the weight.
I made the decision about 8 weeks ago to cut down the shit in my diet, changed all my softdrinks to the diet versions. Have lost 8kg so far (91kg --> 83kg).
I'll be starting up more exercise soon so that should help me along my way. I should be sitting around 78-80kg.
Balanced diet is the key, i still get to eat junk occasionally (mmm junk) but as long as everything else is there, its all good!
