I will scan it when miss ten finishes with the computer
Unfortunately it only gives the first numbers.
It was three colours and only for two years.
I will post all i have.
Often the year numbers are in the parts Fiche
I had a quick look and as it doesnt seem to have been sold in the USA its pretty slim pickings
    I did find this

    Here is all i have
Looking at the fiche it looks like the AS3-RD200 style engine
the stroke and the Primary gearing look the same as the RD200

The ones that would not fit.
Sorrry i didn't tidy them up more.
Click on them three times to get them full size.
For the paint code it should be able to be cross referenced with say the 250 twin of the same era by the names on the PDJ list then you should be able to get the closest match of the air cooled site or other paint sites.

i did manage to find a CS3 online fiche

    https://www.cmsnl.com/yamaha-cs3b-19...l#.WwD2O-6FOM8
    and CS5
    https://www.cmsnl.com/yamaha-cs5-197...l#.WwD2-u6FOM8
Quite a few engine parts cross over
