ouch, the trailer price always pissed me off, one set of rear lights, two wheels, no brakes, no hidden panels for rust and very little else and nearly the price of a car itself

Just about fell over when I went there recently and they told me $61 for a bike WOF, was at short notice so didn't have much choice, in future I'll get more organised and stick with the very friendly chap around the corner who charges half that.
Riding cheap crappy old bikes badly since 1987

Had no choice today. Had to get one.

Lady was dead embarrassed. Said it was now the same price as cars.

    Last VTNZ WoF for me.

Pftttt always been cheaper than a car as it does not take anywhere near as long.

I'll bike shop it. First WOF later this year since buying it. This 3 year thing on new vehicles is good.

Someone has to pay for those shitty ads they put on TV. I believe VTNZ is Australian owned. Being bastardy is an Aussie thing, just like banks.
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.

I still don't understand why people go there? I've never heard anyone say anything positive about the place/staff etc.

Just checked my WoF which I got from my local dealer in March ($42), so I can live with that.

I go there because I know they won't ignore anything genuine they find, but also conversly, they are neutral. They don't gain from finding 'problems', unlike a dealer who gains from doing the work which may or may not need doing.

That's always been my motivation too. But not any longer.

Last time VTNZ makes a dollar from me.
