    Embedding images

I have been unable to embed images for the last few months and have no idea why. Just wondering if I have missed something or it is a settings problem. As a test, if some one would like to try the following link to
A, see if it works and
B, tell me what I am doing wrong.
    https://goo.gl/images/YT13Gb
I just tried to post it in the pic associations thread, which I used to be a regular contributor to. But it just comes up with the tiny box of failure.
    Thanks.

Link worked fine - do you now have access to my bank account? If so could you please add some funds

For a picture I save the offending image to my desktop then use the manage attachments option below the box you are typing shit into.

    Your image for example -
Attached Thumbnails Attached Thumbnails Click image for larger version.

Yep, I can attach an image like that no problem, but I can't seem to embed it like everyone else seems to.
And yes, I have access to your bank account and thanks for paying my daughters uni fees for the duration of her doctorate! You really are a good bugger, I don't care about what those other people say!

Try deleting your brower's cache. That happened to me before and clearing out the cache fixed it.

Have you tried putting a direct link to the image inside the [img] and [/img] tags?

    Does that work for you?

    Not quite.

You're looking for a URL which finishes with the actual file, in this case https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon....NL._SX450_.jpg

If you paste that between the IMG tags, the picture will post

To get that link, depending on your browser, you want to right click the image and then choose an option like "Copy Image Address" or "Open Image in New Tab" etc etc to get the link you need. I hope that helps?

its likely to be your setting
push setting at top right of Kiwibiker page
then on the lower left of that page you push general settings

SCROLL DOWN THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE

    Miscellaneous Options

    Message Editor Interface:
try to check if its on EITHER these two

If you are used to just coping in the pics from memory it only works on ether of the two options.
on basic you have to use the image tag button

So you are saying it should be set to standard?

Thanks yep that seems to work now, but I used to be able to just tap on the image share button and just copy the link or email link and post between the IMG tabs and it would work. But no longer for some reason...
