    So have read a few people having the same issue as me and the cause is the jet block oring.

    Will track down a security T20 torx and replace it.

    Loctite master gasket is pretty good with gas.

    Rode it yesterday, but mixed it at 50/1. Done a fair bit of reading on it and TTX is recommended at that so gave it a shot.

    Jetting was way easier to sort and much less smoke. There is oil around the end of the pipe but its not running down the muffler.

    Bikes running better as well. Happy days.

    Just to wrap this up. Changing to 50/1 has resolved all issues I've had with tune.

    Its now on 45/155 jetting. Bikes running great with good power.
