    Wr450 motard

    So im considering buying a wr450 and making it road legal i know what the bike phisically needs (lights indicators ect) but to get it legal on the road what paperwork and such would i need and what would be the cost for all the legal bs you have to do and any specific models to look for or stay away from and maybe just throw in your personal 2 cents about it thanks

    wr450F can come / is usually sold with compliance in NZ just ask the dealer!

    mean bikes ! would be a great motard!

    Nah sorry im just looking for a stunt bike thats less maintenace than a ktm

    I would love one new but my budget doesnt stretch that far sadly but my mates selling his to me for a pretty good deal so to get it road legal would it need re-vin or what? I just moved to nz and im not sure on how vehicle regostration works

    I forget the name of the paperwork - but some models come with certain paperwork that is required before it can be put on the road. Ask a dealer. If yours is not of that type - can't be done. I just put my KTM530 on the road. KTM offer support with paperwork. Just give them your frame number and they send you the paperwork (if it is a model suitable for the road).
