Yes, i often have , without wishing to be sounding like a braggart, i have a fairly extensive vocabulary. Just exceedingly lazy grammar punctuation and spelling.
If you will look back in 2011 which if i are not mistaken precedes your last presidential election by a fairly substantial margin, i used the word fairly regularly.
Two pages worth in fact. looks like i used it 12 times at least just on KB alone before Trump even announced his candidacy.

The link doesn't work and I haven't got to that Guardian item yet.

The truth, as I understand it, is that under Obama a law was introduced to permit children to be separated if child trafficking or similar was suspected. The mass removal of children from their parents, many of whom as yet are not returned to their parents and some of whom have already been adopted out, is all Trump. The policy is believed to have been the brain child of Steven Miller the White House's resident Jewish white supremacist. Apparently Miller is immune to irony.

Totally unrelated but worth a look. Competition for the silliest question in congressional hearings is hot but Rep Massie, Kentucky, is chasing the title. The whole thing is interesting but the first 1.30 will give you the idea.

Pritch has it right. It's said that Kirstjen Neilson lost her job because she didn't want to enforce Trump's policy. Given Trump lies every time he opens his mouth, the policy of separation will probably continue. Neilson's successor won't be her deputy as protocol would have it, Trump looks like appointing a loyalist hard liner. The deputy has resigned before being fired.
Amusingly, the "Obama did it" claim is apparently one of the most common things fact checked on line.
Despite being disproved many tiimes, Trump continues to claim it - presumably because his base believe anything he says...

Apparently the Dept of Homeland Security had strict rules about succession at the top and it was a legal requirement for the 2ic to take over the top job. Trump forced her out as well though, so he can now appoint whatever thug he wants.

I don't know if he has someone in mind, but Trump appointments don't usually last long and whoever takes this new vacancy will likely be unemployable thereafter.

Nielsen's best job prospect appears to be FOX News. She's got all the right qualifications: she's blonde.
