Half way through the season and we don't have a runaway leader. We haven't seen that for a few years.

The word from Ducati is that a bumpy track is a big problem for them. Bautista now has the pressure of a points deficit to make up and looks to be trying push too hard for one more place each time. He needs to take a Rea pill and settle for second rather than win-or-bin. Easy to say that from my keyboard though.

Melandri for the win so we can ogle Manu.

Well none of that happened...AB is lucky to have time off now to get that shoulder right.

all we can hope for now is that Davies and Bautista can hassle jr enough so that he makes a couple of mistakes. With 60 points on offer it can change very quickly(as we have seen).JRs track record suggests that may be a forlorn hope

I think this is a good signing. I've been following him in BSB and he seems to have the goods. No shortgae of attitude!

Interesting to read that Bautista may be going to Honda. Are they looking at getting a factory backed team going for 2020?

On the contrary, Honda are reportedly considering leaving WSBK.

It appears that Moriwaki Althea Honda Team that Camier rides for is factory backed this year, first time since 2002. So it seems odd Honda would pull their backing after just one year, esp if they have signed up hotshot Bautista?

It seems all up in the air at this stage. Bautista held a strong bargaining hand while he was winning but that's starting to seem a long time ago. So long that Ducati decided he wasn't worth what he was asking...

Apparently Moriwaki will run a team but Honda will stay home.

All will become clear in a week or three...

Back to business for #1 , the new format with 3 races has him ahead again.
Bautista has choked nicely. (keen to see how he gets on with the Honda next year ??)

Anyway racing for us this weekend ,a nice change !!

Yeah, I had to look at the calendar to see wassup. Alex Briggs is posting pics of golfing in Scotland so I was a bit perplexed as to why no GP.

The Honda hasn't really been competitive for years now, it seems the factory are happy to dominate GPs.

Ah I see it all. Alex Briggs has a speaking engagement in Scotland with Mat Oxley to raise money for a blood bike service in Scotland.

JR cleaned up easily, a good recovery for AB to take 4th - he got duffed up by fellow Duke rider CD into turn 1.
Looked like AB would've made a race of it with JR i reckon.
