you spat the dummy a bit.
Looks like I might have to call you the wahmbulance.
    Are you on the synth?
You didn't point out that this case was different to the position that was already taking place, you said "Giggy Up Gish Gallop" in response to me saying "Something NEW". The "NEW" being the potential for denying returning "jihadists" their citizenship by birth, it not having taken place until now. The link showed that there is a precedent for allowing them home.

Sweet, then write a letter to your favourite tooth fairy saying you will sponsor his outgoings to get him "home" & give him bed & lodgings until he gets himself on his feet again.

He won't come "home" - he knows he won't be offered the means to return, and if he makes it back here, it'll be prison.

What he can do is try to get to Indonesia or a similar Muslim majority country - where he hasn't actually broken the law.
The govt is passive on this which is the right thing. We've signed up to the convention that means we can't deny him citizenship - but that is enough to get him somewhere else on an NZ passport. Which will suit everyone.

Sometimes doing nothing is actually the right thing....

That's his stated preference. How he proposes to support himself once there he didn't say. Welfare safety nets are not a thing in Indonesia. He hasn't thought this through. Then again, he hadn't thought his joining DAESH through either.

Read today about a journalist interviewing the latest DAESH prisoners, all of whom stated they were cooks, cleaners, or bottle washers - of course. He told them that with that many cooks the food must have been brilliant. Nobody laughed.

    To do that ...

    1. Needs to get out of jail.

    2. Needs a passport.

    3. Needs money to get there and to support himself.

If he had money ... he probably wouldn't be in jail.

    No I meant God does.

They have a whip round for him most sundays. He doesn't have a job see, but I'd say he probably gets enough to put a little aside.

    Oh right.
I see he is spending a bit on court cases for his representatives lately and imminently.
I thought his son was supposed to have sorted all that out when he was here...
Still, the rampant adoration must be quite nice, and he doesn't have to put up with any of that, 'selfie with the fans' nonsense!

It has been suggested that US Schools teach critical thinking. It would seem a case could be made for introducing it in this country.

From a Kurdish prison in Syria to My Lai to New York all in the blink of an eye, but any semblance of relevance disappeared equally quickly.

His Son. You mean Jesus Christ our saviour. And he did. He left John to be the head of the church. By proxy the Pope is doing his work.

Arrangement of collection of money, oppression of women, and arranging a paedophilia ring so they can rape children.

    Amen. Blessed be you.
