    Recommend me an engine builder

    Hi guys,
New to the forum. I recently bought a project Ducati 996 and am in the process of doing a full rebuild with new bearings, seals, high compression pistons, etc...
I want to take the bike to a shop that can assemble the bottom end for me because I think measuring preloads and sizing shims and bearings is beyond me and the tools I have.
Does anyone know a trusted workshop that can do this work for me?
I've searched and can't find an answer
I'm located in Auckland so somewhere nearby would be preferable.
    Thanks in advance.
    Chris

Post up on the Ducati members Facebook page as well - you'll get a recommendation for a mechanic passionate about the brand on there.

Another great option is Glyn at Sports Motorcycles in KeriKeri.

Bit of a toss up between Glyn and Steve - both are awesome!
