    was driving thru a couple o weeks ago and doin a bit of reminiscing, he reef is long gone, attril honda aint on the corner anymore, an I didn't notice if the fish n chip shop was still by the pub

    ZZR600 turbo? Stock specs where big for a 600 close to a hundy horses I think, turbo been on the dyno?

    Yep. Remember them.
    Brought my first and only new bike from Atrils. Now is wholesalers with the coldest beer in town.
    Reef is a real estate..

    The little 600 probably will never get dyno time.. All I can say is it’s got enough to wind it off the clock.

    yup, bought my first new bike from Atrills, also got my first centre fold calendar from them, spent a fair bit of my spare time in there.

    the reef used to do the best seafood basket.

    don't get back up that way often, Tauranga and the Mount are insane.

    did go for a tiki tour through Quarry road out to Kaiate falls, used to pushbike out there as kids

    You can’t get much further from BOP than that!

    only Rakiura, not many roads over there tho

    shifted away from Te Puke in early 80's and eventually ended up in southland with stop offs in taranaki, nelson, reefton, Murchison, south Canterbury, back up to north Canterbury then down here to Southland.

    to many people round the BOP
