So I'm slightly biased but have had this bike must be about seven years. The only problem was a regulator/rectifier crapped out.
The 675s were bad for that, so bad they've probably done something about it.*
If there's any problems with the 765s they are about to get shown up because they are the control engine in Moto2.
Any of the models you mentioned should be fine.

Yeah, but they'll get you with RUC if you ride one of them.
My Street Triple has done 50,000 km of mainly trouble free motoring. The only issues I've had were a failed front brake switch, and a radiator cap, both of which were fixed under warranty.
Other than that, I can't fault the bike. Its the perfect do everything bike for me.

The Suzuki S750 and Z900 are also good options. Both of them are cheaper options than the Triumph or KTM.
Tuono, or Ducati monster or... one of the 800 naked things . Naked is best.
