    Honda CB250RS classic race bike

    https://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/mot...5d34def942-002

For sale: Honda CB250RS Pre ’82 race bike
Engine refresh, new carb, cam, exhaust and fork emulators for the 2018 Southern Classic Festival however due to injury I wasn’t able to attend. Has done two race meetings since.

    Wiseco 10.5:1 piston
    Ported head
Race cam by Kenelley Cams (Megacycle race cam specs)
    Keihin CRS 33mm carb
    Cycleworks exhaust
    Racetech gold fork emulators

Pirelli Sport Demon tyres with plenty of life left in them
Trail Tech Vapor rev counter with shift lights
Lock wired and shark fin. Ready to race. Just add your numbers.
    Includes bike stand pictured
Box of assorted spare parts incl original carb and clutch. Also engine in parts for spares.

At CAMS meetings it is eligible for the Pre ’82, Lightweight, 150/250 Development and Clubmans classes so plenty of track time. There’s four other CB250RS’s that regularly race at CAMS meetings too.
Reliable. Runs well. Regularly surprises ‘faster’ bikes
Finished second in its Lightweight class 2018/2019 despite only being at 2 meetings.

A cheap and fun entry to classic racing.

Race bike only. Cannot be returned to road use. As is where is. No warranty expressed or implied. No deals, swaps or buy now. No reserve auction. Happy to assist with dropping it at a local freight depot or Bike Trans etc for out of town buyers.
    Happy bidding
Sometimes you wish it was easier, but if it was, everyone else would do it, then you remember you don't want to be like everybody else!
