    Government lip service. What ever changes they are saying they need feedback on are most likely already decided.

    Yep Fillied in survey. Answer to last question was

    Like many countries overseas put a emphasis on scooters and bikes. Reduce registration on these vehicles, Encourage them. cheaper parking, travel end environmental costs!

    Correct. Also it allows them to say "we have consulted the peasants" yet they will always enact whatever they had in mind, no matter what the feedback indicates would be a better option.
