    Act

I see ACT made a big (cough cough) announcement today.

What a load of shite - is free speech all they have to be concerned about in NZ?

I predict they will not exist after the next election.

Trying to ride the right wing reaction to gun control and the requirement for general niceness....

One of many parties around the world copying Trump's approach. I hope it doesn't work.

No, Nazional will prop them up because if the Natzis give them a seat then they get disproportionate return in the parliament because they dont have to have the 5% threshold. Its also why they will have a "christian" separatist party. The natzis have no mates* so they have the reanimate the corpses of dead cunts. (see: Paula Bennet, and zombie Soimun Brudgus also)

    *because they are boundless cunts

The entire thing reeks of National party influence to me. This is the same as Alfred "zionist" Ngaro trying to take a cut of New Conservatives vote. The Nats have done the numbers and realized they are loosing a decent number of voters to NC. They have informed their lapdog ACT on the situation which is why they are going in this direction. National is a globalist run party just the same as Labour anyone voting for either of the major political parties is a complete fool. All voting for Nat or lab is going to achieve is more immigrants and refugees screwing this country over!

ACT trying to rebrand themselves is a joke its the same party all they've done is stolen half of NC ideas because they realize thats where the swing vote is headed in the lead up to 2020.

National will get back in no bother at all but its just how many parties are going to be wagging their tail and personally I hope NC is one of those!

NZfirst has lost a shit ton of supporters over the UN compact thing alone. The polls are complete horseshit. No way NZfirst is getting more than 3 or 4 percent at the next election. The swing will be to Nat, NC and I hope less so to ACT. My wife voted ACT last election but im working on that.

NC is already hovering around 1 to 1.5% in polls and I genuinely think thats a bit low. Because as said the polls are horseshit.

I think people are going to get a decent sized shock when the 2020 election rolls around and its all done and dusted. Especially those in the major centres who live in a circle jerk bubble!

Tell us more about New Conservative.....

    Philosophy and policies

New Conservative advocates fiscal conservatism, social conservatism, and the use of binding referenda.[8] Policies include:

    Opposition to same-sex marriage[9]
The first $20,000 of earnings being free of income tax[10]
Cutting the number of members of the New Zealand Parliament from 120 to 99[11]
Repeal of the anti-smacking child discipline law[12][13]
    The use of binding referenda[8]
Abolition of the separate Māori electoral seats in parliament[10]
Opposition to sales of rural land to foreign interests[14]
Abolition of New Zealand's emission trading scheme[15]
    Clean air and drinkable water[16]
    Oppose abortion[17]
    Oppose Sharia Law[18]
    Gun rights[19]
DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

So I joined their facebook page to see what they were about. They are full of hate. They hate gay people, trans people, brown people, black people and yellow people. They hate people with vaginas and they want to control them and deny them rights which are inalienable human rights. Basically a backward looking, misogynistic, racist pack of arseholes. Its as if all the worst parts of the 1950's banded together and started circle jerking about the "good old days". The inevitable result is white supremacist bullshit and it is not to be tolerated, let alone encouraged.

As part of my gradual disengagement from social media, I now don't follow them.

In fact my social media is full of Star Trek, and motorbikes.... its barely tolerable.

I see today that the leader of the last conservative party just got told by a judge to go away and stop wasting everyone's time.

    Seems appropriate.

Does seem a bit foolish to oppose Islam. I mean it's just an evolution if I can use that word, but it's the fastest growing religion and will overtake christianity in numbers, probably 20 years. Surely this must be God's will else he would do something about it?

I mean it just makes sense doesn't it?

Just a guess, but I think Dave was pointing out the irony of the Christian argument against Islam.

So if the Catholics, the biggest sect aren't in the right camp, it looks like God is pretty lonely.

What sort of incompetent God has the vast majority of the world worshiping the wrong God?
