Barbarella you watch once next to Flash Gordon. Its clearly meant to be bad. Probably had more stomach for that sort of amusement when I was 20. Actually I tried to rewatch Easy Rider a couple of years back and didn't manage. All that annoying scene change flash back and forward. Dumb idea.
Quadrophenia is a must see. Great soundtrack. Seedy angst with an antihero you almost feel sorry for. And Sting. Back when he was a little bit cool.
    I've been told. Dreaming`s free.
Think I'll go, back to sleep.

What got me interested was that Phil Daniels actually reprises a couple of lines from Quadrophenia in the movie Freebird as a sort of in joke. Not having seen Quadrophenia that was all lost on me.

I just checked and the movie appears to be available on Youtube. Maybe later.

There's lotsa free movies on Youtube. Quality is variable but the price is right.

Watching the trailer for the vampire bike movie, it may well be the lamest motion picture ever made.

I have never watched quadrophenia or silver dream racer or girl on a motorcycle . but i guess they rate along side the vampire movie.

Jim Goose was kind cool though till be became a crisp critter.
The guy from Z1 built a goose replica that was in a mag a while back.

Oh yes, Mad Max. Forgot that. And the World's Fastest Indian (hangs head in shame).

But what about Top Gun? Who hasn't become Maverick on a sportsbike?

"Girl in a Spider's Web" on Sky last night had a silly biker scene where she was almost trapped by the cops in cars then drove off a wharf into a frozen river and zoomed across to the other side. Daft stunt. Cool bike though.

And who could forget The Terminator ... or The Great Escape with Steve McQueen?

Don't forget the Wild One with Marlon Brando. And he rode a Brit, not a silly Hoggit.
A classic movie by all accounts. Remember to judge these old movies by the standard of the time.

Was banned here for ages, when I finally saw it wondered what the fuss was about.
Must have had some impact as I have a couple of the posters and until recently a Triumph Thunderbird.

I think I actually paid money to to see the Vampire Motorcycle.....

I quite liked this one when it came out, but its a doco.

DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

Theres a photo of a fireball like that with just a foot (Guy Martin's) sticking out of it. I think the time he broke his sternum or something equally fun.

This rates as one of the best motorcycle scenes ever.
Although technically it doesn't have a huge amount of motorcycle in it...

Was just thinking about The Commitments while walking through town last week. One of my all time favourites.
