    (1) 66.6 sq meters of flat concrete floor.
    (2) 3 - 4 meters (working) height.
    (3) Excellent range of LED lighting and power points..

    I.E. Space, light and power -The rest is academic. -

    1. decent stereo
    2. decent benchtop and lighting
    3. decent tool roll cab so everything is tidy and I know where everything is. Or should be.

    Least valuable: why do we need to keep the car in the garage again?

    Toilet (so you don't have to go up to the house and get asked to do house type work )
    I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

    Maintain "dream-space" by erecting carport shelters at either end of garage to accommodate 4 wheeled vehicles and avoidance of clutter.

    have a 9mx9m garage and the car has only ever been in it once since we moved here, and that was only because we were away for an extended trip on the bike.

    good LED lighting
    old computer chair to scoot around on
