flew over raglan - didn't see you, but also flew over scenic drive - no bikes seen there either, up to dargaville, down to warkworth, over to coromandel, then pauanui and home to hams.

saw a couple of bikes at the lookout over sailors grave (tairua) and a couple on the whangaparoa hill down into matarangi. was a fantastic day!

The Hitchers are currently in Raglan. This is being posted from an Internet cafe at the video store. Weather spankingly excellent. Mrs H looking radiantly relaxed. Too much fine dining. Rode out this morning around the surf beaches and then to Bridal Veil Falls. A must see. 55m of aquatic precipitation into a bushclad amphitheatre. Limestone outcrops, the whole box of tricks. Its about a brazilian degrees outside at the moment.

Didn't see any Gixxers in our travels, but lots of other bikes through town (Raglan) today. Couldn't be better for riding.

Of to Hamihole tomorrow to get the STeed serviced. 30,000km came up during the GC.

And then northwards! Yee effing hah! Holidays rock...
