    The American comedian George Carlin, describes it nicely when comparing interests and hobbies:
    "A hobby costs money" whereas "an interest is free".

    i bought my boat in 2002, apart from yearly servicing and fuel it hasnt cost me a cent, a mate just spent 2k getting his ducati servicedClick image for larger version.
