Been following binky, but just got into the escargo.
Fuck... They like to make work for themselves!

(note: love the sly shout out to Mighty Car Mods at the end of ep35 when the credits start rolling. Nice touch chaps!)

Also MCM have just done 2 episodes on postie bikes. Good viewing as well.

"The Repair Shop" on TV1 fridays is good. They do some nice stuff, maybe the narrator over explains things a bit, but it's nice seeing the reactions when the owners pic up the repaired items
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.

    Morning.
A good find, and fascinating to watch. Though I made the mistake of starting about 10:30pm on Sunday night. "I'll just watch one clip, and then go to bed".

Yep, I'm the same and I love this guy's channel, restoring old furniture - have learned some good tricks from it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNt15Ot8EOg.
    There's also a female restorer here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Czo4afgQy8A

Yep, it's really nice seeing the reactions to the restored objects. Some good old school tradespeople on that programme.

they wouldnt be my first choice either but I wondered whether they are the wheels that duct air to the brake calipers - liike a Lancia Delta Integrale had? Given how hot it is under Binky's bonnet and the probable lack of airflow I did wonder that.

I am waiting for the final episode so I can watch the entire thing again.

Maybe not ducting air TO the calipers, but away from - the wheels would be drawing air from the centre out as they spin, picking up the hot air thats spun out by the ventilated disks. If the disks are shrouded by wide wheels it would impede the airflow, so turn the wheel into an extension of the disk cooling ducts.

Binky hitting the road feels like internet history being made, same with the video below from 46 works. The Beemer hits the road and I'm quite struck by it.

Any hoo, this leaves gaps in my " oh wow" blokes building things viewing.
