    Yep - Much like the Moto Guzzi 1400 California models which have it cited down there too. Pretty exposed to whatever the front wheel throws up. Wunderlich protector to be the first accessory perhaps?

    It's little details like that that make me wonder if an engneer was involved in the design process.

    It does have the appearance of being something of an afterthought. Then again I guess that two ruddy great pistons thumping in and out will produce a fair old bit of heat. I'm looking forward to seeing one in the flesh though. It'll be interesting if nothing else.

    That or a 1200GS? I'd have the R18 anyday.
