I'm sure I read somewhere that he thought it would end sooner than that. I very much see why given the number of professionals that have pointed out that the testing methodology is demonstrably shit, and therefore that saner heads would likely prevail enough to prove it... alas, too politically inconvenient to be given light enough to prove it for the world to see. I did, and I answered by citing the actual documents, not fact checkers who obviously aren't any good at their job (or are, coz gullible people spout the rhetoric they lie about). That everything you've posted so far has nothing to do with the actual science, but to attack the platform or the interview or interviewee... again, I refer you to Yeadon's stance with regards to so called intelligent people's response, except the intelligent people he speaks with don't question what he told them (no platform to question, no the friend is the interviewer, I guess that must help lol), they simply did not know how to respond.
