    Super Tenere Battery

    Stock is a YTZ12S 210cca , got it load tested yesterday and its failed so im after a Yuasa YTZ14S 230cca been quoted $400 (bout $20 more than the 12)

    Can anyone point me to somewhere for a better price on the Yuasa ?

    Who gave you the quote? Go directly to your local Yuasa battery outlet.

    A bike shop quoted.

    Tried 2 Yuasa outlets 1 has Motobatt only and the other cant supply...they suggested a bike shop.

    I can give the chap Palmys local Yuasa outlet if you like. I find them very good.

    Yeah they were not much help either and said call a motorbike accessory shop.

    Try Colemans in Auckland. The last Yuasa I bought from them was about $150 and is still going strong 4 years later.

    Sorry missed your replies, Wont hurt looking at Super Cheap , they do have HiFlow oil filters as well.

    Give ol Ed Bear a Hollar and get a Shoria, they are the bees knees, had one in the Coal Burner for over 5 years now, she doesn't get started more than once every 3-4 months, ALWAYS STARTS, no worries.
    It was expensive, but it is still going.
