I reckon the dems should not fight it.
Have faith in the American people to do the sensible thing and put Biden in and give them the senate.
Then bump up the number of judges so they can have an even number of both conservative and liberal judges on the bench.
Show the American people what doing the right thing looks like - been quite some time since they seen that. Any party brave enough to do that would stay in power for quite a while me thinks.

It won't happen if course, as these are pollies and they just serve themselves and their corporate donors - whatever side of the divide they be from. Serve the people? Don't make me bloody laugh.
