Things are beginning to happen very fast. Trump went judge shopping for a compliant judge in South Florida, one that he had appointed, and got one who made a succession of "unusual" rulings.

The DoJ appealed, and just a few days later the appeals court: two Trump appointed judges and an Obama appointee, have upheld the appeal. They also awarded a variety of costs against Trump. This is getting very expensive and the Republican Party are not assisting with this.

The DoJ may now continue to investigate the 100 or so classified documents without delay. If Trump wants to play for time he can appeal to a sitting of the full court, all eleven judges or whatever. At the current rate of progress that might delay things a week or two.

    So much winning.

Martha's Vineyard is an expensive area presumably having Democrat sympathies. People with money live there. People like lawyers. Several lawyers have offered their services free of charge to the immigrants in cases against DeSantis. He has also being investigated by a sheriff for crimes.

This stunt actually falls within the legal definition of kidnapping in the US. If you offered a girl a ride home and then took her somewhere else, that's kidnapping by inveiglement, and that's similar to what happened in this instance. The people were told they were going to Boston where there would be jobs, money, etc. They were dumped in Martha's vineyard where nobody was expecting them but the locals rallied, they fed, and housed the victims until something could be sorted.

@1/32 man, As we can see, tdl just provided ample evidence of what I was saying
I won't quote him as now, respecting the many, many people that have him on ignore, and for me the fact he he is full magat. So I'll just do snippets lol
Notice how he says the bad shit only started coming out about him after announcing his 2016 run for president. Prior to that, he was just a successful reality tv guy that had a knack for bankrupting casinos and blasting through other peoples money. So if course running for president is going to bring a lot closer scrutiny, whereupon an avalanche of skletons fell out his closet. Now, somehow tdl feels that all this information must be fake or somthing. Most of it is not, he really is a shithead. tdl just gives permanent free passes because he likes the way trump triggers dems, who many do appear to be genuine snowflakes lol My point is, just because trump dirty laundry was aired in 2016, it does not mean it is all moot. Naughty tdl.

Since tdl has gone full magot he is heartily embracing the concept of the RINO. Now this is a trump master stroke. Any republican that had the balls to stand up for what is right knew what was coming - but did it anyway, as they were pretty much the only republicans with principles and certainly not compatible with the trump crookery brand, hence bumped out the party. So the irony is here, is that magats took over the party and had the gall to call the actual republicans that had fairly pure conservative values RINOS (republican in name only) and ejected out the party. Now all this happened on tdl's watch, but he failed to actually realize, as he was so high on "own the libs" meth. Now to join the magot club, one must support the big lie that the election was stolen to gain membership. What a fucking joke.

While the current immigration chaos is very much of the dems making, what desanitis did is definitely grandstanding for the midterms. I see the immigrants which were all in the country legally at this point were definitely deceived and lied to by desantis and cronies and he is now being sued by them. This will get interesting. He may not be as clever as he thinks he is.

The classified documents thing is a hoot. Open and shut case, he should not of had them and did, no matter all the farcical posturing of the boring lord. I see the special master has already sharply rebuked trumps lawyers and told them they have to back the shit up that they are spouting. As per all those fake election fraud cases trumps lawyers put forward. The special master thing has blown up in trumps face big time lol

I see Letitia James has put forward a very strong case. Interesting to note some big name dems she has taken down in the past. I think she just hates self indulgent, self serving big mouthed white guys. I saw her speaking today and was quite taken aback by the hatred in her voice and demeanor. trump has met his match here. No jail time, but mega fines and restrictions coming his way for sure, and the rest of his crime family. About bloody time.

If Trump runs in 2024, he will lose again, even against doddery old biden. If desantis runs, the dems are toast. I think the magat party knows this. Do they have the balls to do what must be done? Judging on past performance, likely not. 2024 is going to be great spectator sport that is for sure.

It's not what I said though, is it? I asked you (and others) why you didn't like Trump and the responses you gave could all be traced back to Political Hit Pieces written after his announcement to run.

Now sure, running for President demands scrutiny (unless your last name is Biden...) - the problem is that those articles, when you dig into them are filled with half-truths. I've lost count of the notable examples - the current one du jour is that Trump had classified Nuclear material that not even the President had authority to declassify at Mar-a-lago... Based on an Anonymous source.

The point was, your initial perception of Trump was already tainted, meaning each subsequent action was viewed through that lens.

I give the same free passes to Biden for most of the things you claimed I gave free passes to Trump. But it's more than just Triggering the Dems. It's that the current Democrat/Labour/Left-Wing (in the west) has been moved radically to the Left and has adopted a number of theories that are (in both my opinion and the documented events of history) dangerous.

For example California repealing Proposition 16 - that's the Anti-Discrimination laws - so they can put into practice so-called 'Anti-Racist' policies. Now, think on this, if you anti-discrimination law is blocking your policies, what must those policies be doing?

Finally, speaking of Free Passes - Do you remember a little incident in Charlottesville - one that many of you were indignant at?

Well, many looked the other way when someone from ANTIFA executed someone for merely wearing a MAGA hat, but now we have the case in North Dakota - where a Democrat ran over a Teenage Republican, with a car.

One might say that this bears a number of similarities to Charlottesville - I've looked in both this thread and the other political threads - yet I don't seem to be able to find the same outpouring of anger and the accusations against the Democrat rhetoric causing this and calls for Impeachment for the people that have incited this.

Perhaps you could point me in the direction of the relevant thread?

Hold up your horses - RINO been around Looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong before Trump - 90s I believe. Not only that, but both National in NZ and the Conservatives in the UK have been accused of effectively the same behavior.

But I'll be generous - who is your pick of something who (as you say): "had fairly pure conservative values" - and that you think are/were unfairly maligned as a RINO?

I put it to you that the malaise in the Right Wing of the Western world has been brewing ever since the fall of the Berlin war.

Nothing like being convinced you've won to make you drop your guard.

And very much affecting Red states who are opposed to it. Was it a bit of a Political stunt? Sure. Was there an element of timing for the Mid-Terms? Absolutely. Did it serve it's purpose to show the utter hypocrisy of the Left who lost their minds over a mere 50 people? Abso-fucking-lutely.

Well, again, hold up just a second here - we've got many aspects to consider - firstly the Memo he signed before his last day in office saying "I'm taking these boxes and declassifying them" - it's on the White House website, which I posted a link to earlier.

Next you have the problem that the FBI knew what was there and told Trump to put a better Padlock on them and await further instruction.

But perhaps most damning of all for your 'Open and Shut case' is the precedent set by the FBI in regards to one Hilary Clinton and her Email server - which I posted to a link to earlier - but I'll refresh your memory - in that instance, they concluded that setting up your own private email server did not rise to meet the level necessary for Prosecution.

I'll not tarnish your good name by suggesting you have any love for Hillary - but I will ask you this: If the FBI then said that setting up a dedicated email server did not meet the threshold for intent that is required for it to be wrong, how do you square that against what it seems to be here (given the number of boxes and the number of supposedly classified documents in) a case of bad filing?

I have no doubt you were taken aback - perhaps you are starting to see the real racism in the Democratic Party.

Now, I want to ask you to do a thought experiment - I've not heard her speak, but I'm fairly certain I can predict a number of talking points, especially given your description - Listen to what she said again, but Imagine it was a White Man saying it about a Black Woman.

What do you think the headlines would be?

Given how badly Biden has fucked it up, I think the Republicans could put up a Potato and Win.

If Trump runs (and I think he will) - I think he will Win. I don't see anyone currently in the Democrat party who has anything approaching broad appeal and the effects of the Biden presidency has done more than enough to convince the moderate and swing voters that Trump wasn't that bad.

Trump went on Hannity, it should be available on YouTube. Trump was explaining how he could declassify documents with his mind. He also made reference to his ability to send documents anywhere he wished. That is taken by some to mean that he has given or sold documents.

Interesting that he is still so focussed on classification. None of the charges he is facing require the documents to be classified.

It's actually getting better. The special master has given Trump's team a deadline to say which of the seized documents the FBI planted.

And it's a pretty short timeframe too.

That is an executive power the President holds. To simply declassify a document and send it somewhere IS a power the president has.

Let me guess, the same people who believe anonymous sources who say it was totally Nuclear documents... right?

The question is one of public perception - If the info was Classified, then people might view it poorly, whereas if it has been declassified, most people wouldn't give a shit.

And of course let us not forget - the standard that is required to reach prosecution has been set by the FBI in relation to Hillary. And so far, Trump is nowhere near the level required.

Haha, I see he has confused laughing stock for celebrity status

The special master continues to take no trump crap. I'm looking forward to seeing Trump tell the judge he can declassify documents by just thinking about it.

If I were a Laughing Stock, people would just ignore me. Probably wouldn't even need the Ignore function, they'd just skip over.

And yet, despite proclaiming their piety in having me on Ignore, they cannot help but talk about me. Whether it be Fame or Infamy - there's clearly something about what I say/do that attracts their attention. And they are usually quite well read on what I post...
