That can (and should?) be evidence of 'actual malice' which is needed for Dominion Voting Machines to win their 1.6Billion court case. Lawyers say the bar is set very high though. So high that defamation cases involving celebrities or corporations rarely succeed.

Donnie Junior's bank has told him to take his business elsewhere. He's crying about "woke capitalism". The bank hasn't explained publicly why, but apparently US banks are subject to severe sanctions if caught running accounts for criminal organisations. Watch this space?

Oh, but he knows how to broker deals. Successful business man. That who we need running the country.

Oh. Another country. One we want to fuk over because he's such a loser.
Much like his supporters. Real slow moving reptiles.

The obvious Fox defence in such a case would be that they were just asking questions of Sydney Powell, Rudi Giuliani etc, in an effort to discover the facts. Bit of a bugger that it's now known none of the Fox people believed Trump or his lawyers and that they were perpetuating the lies to keep the Republican base riled up and watching Fox. There is also an email from Tucker Carlson pointing out that they needed to keep lying to prevent the share price falling.

The Fox lawyers may have a tough job. It is very rare for such cases to succeed in the US but the lawyers in other cases didn't have the evidence the Dominion lawyers now have. We'll see.

So all these internal messaging coming out from the fox defamation trial is fascinating.
Here Tucker Carson admits to hating Trump and states how little trump got done over his 4 years in office. Despite professing admiration for trump publicly.

Months after the 2020 presidential election, and two days before the January 6 attack on the US Capitol, Tucker Carlson wrote in a text message that he hated then-President Donald Trump "passionately," according to the newly released court documents.

"We are very, very close to being able to ignore Trump most nights," Carlson wrote on Jan 4, 2021, the filings show. "I truly can't wait."

"I hate him passionately," the Fox host continued. "I blew up at Peter Navarro today in frustration. I actually like Peter. But I can't handle much more of this."

"That's the last four years," Carlson added. "We're all pretending we've got a lot to show for it, because admitting what a disaster it's been is too tough to digest. But come on. There isn't really an upside to Trump."

The text messages reveal that Carlson was harshly critical of Trump in private despite regularly expressing support for the former president on his Fox News primetime show and suggesting the 2020 election could have been stolen from him.

"He was pushing voting fraud stuff. I have no doubt there was fraud. But at this point, Trump and Lin and Powell have so discredited their own case, and the rest of us to some extent, that it's infuriating. Absolutely enrages me," Carlson wrote.

Days later, on Jan. 6, 2021, Carlson wrote in a text message to his producer, Alex Pfeiffer that Trump was "a demonic force, a destroyer."

It feels odd to have Tucker in our corner confirming everything we have been telling tdl for years

I find it curious - For the last few pages people have been saying that Fox and Tucker 'knew' that the Election Fraud claim was false - and yet...

"He was pushing voting fraud stuff. I have no doubt there was fraud." - It seems there's a bit of discrepancy between what has been claimed and what was actually said.

Now, given who is publishing these Texts and the fact I'm not seeing the full conversation, only isolated lines (no doubt cherry picked) - I'm a touch skeptical.

But here's the thing - Tucker is welcome to his opinion, I'm not a Tucker fan as I don't watch Fox - suffice to say I disagree on some of the points made if they are what they pro-port to be - That's the beauty of the adversarial court system, I'm sure there's going to be additional information come to light that will frame these out-of-context snippets.

Then, with a much fuller picture, we can read and assess what is going on.

The left, and left wing media are loosing respect of the public as each year goes by, since the scamdemic,

I will be interested to see the turn out of this year's census as a large movement in NZ has lost trust in government agencies and there lackies.

A $4000 fine for not filling out the census? Yet I get only fined $60 for breaking the speed limit putting myself and others lives in danger?

    Doesn't make sense..

Keep living in that fantasy world of yours. $2000 maximum fine here in the real world. And it appears they've never asked for the maximum yet.

Here's your chance to be famous.

Sorry, I'm losing track here. So C19 wasn't real, it was just a lie from the gummermint, actually all gummermints in the world, so they must all be lefties. Interesting. And the media in cahoots. Got it.

And this benefited them. . . how?

I know this will be brilliant and I'll slap my forehead for not seeing it.
