The verdict is in - guilty. The pundits say that the Trump Organisation will be out of business. Nobody involved will be permitted to own a business in New York.
The judge will decide the penalties. There is no jury in this case because Trump's genius legal team failed to file the application for a jury trial within the given time frame.
There have been stories that the Trump Org has been moving assets out of New York. There is a court appointed watchdog monitoring all financial transactions though, so that may not work.

Finally! The judge in the New York fraud trial has slapped a gag order on Trump. Trump had posted on Troth Senshal about the Judge's law clerk "palling around with Chuck Schumer", and in the process he named her, included her photo, and her Instagram account details. Trump stated that this was proof that all charges against him should be dismissed immediately - of course.
Trump and his lawyers were instructed to attend the judge in his chambers, following which the offending post was removed and a gag order issued.
Should we run a sweep taking bets on how long it will take him to breach the order? Or give a speech about his First Amendment rights being violated?

You would hope someone in the Secret Service has asked for guidance on protocol when Trump gets a week in the slammer for contempt of court.

True, the Speaker doesn't have to be a member of Congress. The Speaker's main function is to organise votes. If Trump was made Speaker it could put on display just how intellectually limited he is.
