Technically that was part of the "trial". It's a civil action there are no guilty or not guilty verdicts. IIRC it's liable or not liable.

Its seems that taking the 5th can be seen as an admission of guilt in a civil case.

That would make sense to do that, but trump Junior seemed to say that yeah i did sign these forms saying it was a true statement about the value of the assets but don't you know everyone does that so what.....
Trump just couldn't help himself by keeping on upping the size of his apartment like it wasn't a pivotal part of the case.

In a right wing media vacuum is where they get it. Right from the outset, trump set this eco system up with his fake news mantra. All these saps look at is fox news, or even right of that like newsmax for their news. Most magas still think this trial is to see if he is guilty, not that he has already been found guilty and this is just to work out damages. They also think trump was denied a jury as fox and newsmax have never explained even once that trumps incompetent lawyer failed to tick the box on the very basic form to request one. This will become the first civil war born of greed for advertising revenue.

Both the left and right media do "forget" to report on news inconvenient to their political ideologies followed. However the right leaning ones would do it twofold over the left leaning media outlets from my basic observations.

Y'all may have seen a clip that is circulating of Jenna Ellis, a former Trump lawyer now facing charges, recounting a discussion in the White House about Trump's plan not to concede and to remain in office. This was from her plea deal discussions with the Justice Dept. There was speculation as to who had released the material. Overnight our time one of the defence lawyers in the Georgia Rico case confessed it was him.

This clip has Ms Ellis interspersed with Trump clips. This is from the leaked material. She is speaking during her meeting with the prosecutors to arrange a plea deal.

Giuliani made several trips to Ukraine to dig for dirt on Biden. The US Secretary of State at the time referred to these suspect efforts as "drug deals". Giuliani managed to find several people willing to share information.

Four of those people have now been charged with treason in Ukraine. Allegedly they were Russian military intelligence operatives. It seems Giuliani's "evidence" was Russian misinformation.

In one of his recent rallies Trump brought up the subject of golden showers. As you would... All somewhat salacious, but of particular interest to observers was his mention of four prostitutes. Apparently there has been no mention of any specific number of prostitutes in any material including the original Steele dossier.
Suddenly, out of the blue, Trump mentions four prostitutes.

Trump's mind seems to be regressing to the past rather than accept the present or face his future.

Continual references in his speeches/rants to President Obama rather than Biden are an obvious example.

OR....perhaps Putin is putting some pressure on trump to pull his socks up and fulfill previous promises/commitments/financial obligations.
The topic of a video of Hookers and Golden Showers might have arisen!

OR....might just be a nostalgic reminisce of a time when he could do 'whatever' he wanted!
